About the artist
Gonai Canvin - Mixed Media Abstract Artist
I am inspired by Cornwall’s diverse landscapes, incredibly beautiful seascapes and intense colours of light. I started my professional journey studying Fashion and Textiles, which led me to a 12 year career in Fashion. I later moved into teaching, first in London and then in Cornwall, where I have been living for 15 years. Inspired by the beauty of Cornwall and my Christian faith, I have reignited my passion for creating beautiful artworks, producing work that draws deeply from both influences.
Originals are sold directly from the studio. If you find something of interest, please make an enquiry; you may ask about several paintings in one message. Commissions for abstract works accepted; tell me what you would like.
Stunning light and beauty interpreted with originality, passion and flair.
